Kathmandu: Nepal's Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba welcomed Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri in Kathmandu, where they engaged in significant discussions aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.

Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri met with Nepal's Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba for a courtesy meeting. The discussion focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation in various sectors, with both sides emphasizing the importance of deepening ties between India and Nepal.

Following the courtesy meeting, Misri also held a separate session with his Nepali counterpart, Sewa Lamsal. The two officials discussed ways to further advance the partnership between the two neighboring countries, exploring new avenues for cooperation.

Both the Indian and Nepali foreign ministries view this meeting as a crucial step in reinforcing the friendship between the two nations, with hopes of taking bilateral collaboration to new heights.

At the conclusion of the meetings, Foreign Minister Arzu Rana Deuba reaffirmed the importance of Nepal-India relations and expressed optimism for increased cooperation in the coming days.
