Sunrise Securities Limited Commences Formal Share Trading Operations

Sunrise Securities Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited, officially commenced its share trading operations today. The company's central office, located at Gairidhara-2 in Kathmandu, was inaugurated by Mr. Raman Nepal, Chairman of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited, during a special ceremony.

In his remarks, Chairman Nepal expressed confidence that Sunrise Securities Limited would provide seamless and effective services related to share trading in the days to come. He also conveyed his hopes that the company would make a significant contribution to capital mobilization and the development of Nepal's capital market, wishing it great success in its endeavors.

The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Ajay Bikram Shah, Chief Executive Officer of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited, as a special guest. He expressed happiness over the establishment of this new institution under the bank's subsidiary and extended his best wishes for its success. Sunrise Securities Limited has an authorized and paid-up capital of NPR 200 million and will operate under Stock Broker Number 100.
