To fortify its agent network and elevate professional standards across Nepal’s insurance sector, Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully concluded its nationwide 'Star Award 2082-83' program across all seven provinces. The regional event series recognized 1,064 outstanding sales performers while providing professional development and skill-building opportunities for 2,581 participating agency managers and insurance advisors.
The multi-city tour spanned eight commercial centers, beginning on Ashwin 4 in Itahari and proceeding through Bardibas, Butwal, Narayangarh, Kathmandu, Dhangadhi, and Surkhet, before culminating in Pokhara on Ashwin 15. Beyond ceremonial honors, each session incorporated specialized sales and motivational training delivered by professional coach Kishu Jha to enhance operational capabilities and field readiness.
Addressing the gatherings, Chief Executive Officer Praveen Raman Parajuli emphasized that ethical conduct, discipline, and professional integrity among field agents remain essential to sustaining public trust in insurance. CEO Parajuli also extended condolences to victims of recent natural disasters, confirming that the company is actively assessing affected policyholders and agents to deliver necessary support.
Executive leaders, including National Sales Head Umapati Pokharel, Agency Servicing Head Sunita Pokharel, and agent association heads Om Bahadur KC and Ganesh Adhikari, underscored the pivotal role of agents in expanding national insurance coverage. Association representatives further urged professionals to maintain ethical conduct on social media platforms while driving market growth.
By integrating performance recognition with professional skill building, Nepal Life's nationwide campaign establishes a structured model for empowering field force operations and expanding financial literacy across regional markets.
