Maoists Declare to Reverse the Flow, Vow to Bring 2084 Back to 2064, Reveal Special Relationship with China!

Kathmandu: The main opposition party, CPN (Maoist Center), demonstrated its strength against the government by holding a warning rally in Kathmandu. On Saturday, the Maoist Center criticized the government's actions while attempting to clarify its party policies during a street demonstration in Kathmandu.

After the street demonstration, party leaders addressed the warning rally, where the main speaker, party chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, discussed the background of the current coalition government, its ties with corrupt businessmen and intermediaries, and his party's future policies. He criticized the Nepali Congress (NC) and the UML, labeling them corrupt, and expressed regret over past cooperation with those parties, stating that the Maoist Center would move forward alone in future elections.

Prachanda stated that the Maoists were not on the streets to overthrow the coalition government but to warn against the government's collusion with corrupt intermediaries and its failure to address state responsibilities during times of crisis. He questioned where the government was during disasters, and inquired about the progress of investigations into various scandals such as the Bal Mandir land scandal, the Bhutanese refugee scandal, and the Lalita Niwas scandal, which had occurred during his tenure as Prime Minister.

Prachanda alleged that the government, which was formed in the middle of the night at the homes of intermediaries, had proven itself within a hundred days. He expressed his concerns that the government, formed to save the corrupt and established in darkness, had confirmed these suspicions within its first hundred days.

He criticized the seven-point statement issued by the ruling coalition, which labeled the Maoist warning rally as anti-constitutional. Prachanda reiterated that the rally was not to topple the government but to urge the government not to protect the corrupt.

Prachanda stated, “We are not worried about the formation of this government. It's not a concern that a new government was formed. The concern is about the reasons and the way it was formed. This government was created against good governance, to save the corrupt. This government was formed in the dark of the night through deception and conspiracy. It was formed at the homes of intermediaries at midnight. I had said in Parliament that it was formed unnaturally, and within a hundred days, the government has confirmed our concerns.”

He added that the current government, which protects corrupt, intermediaries, and brokers, would collapse on its own. Prachanda warned that if the Maoists did not alert the government to its corrupt activities, the federal democratic republic would be at risk. He emphasized the necessity of warning for the protection of the constitution and the republic, stating that they were not attempting to overthrow the government from the streets but were cautioning against further misconduct and corruption.

Prachanda addressed rumors of meeting former King Gyanendra Shah, which had circulated despite the Maoist Center's planned demonstration in Kathmandu. He denied meeting the former King and expressed his displeasure over the false rumors, stating that he couldn't even imagine meeting the former King.

Prachanda refuted claims that the Maoist Center was holding the rally to save Rabi Lamichhane, emphasizing that it was KP Oli who had previously protected Lamichhane. He mentioned that during discussions about forming a parliamentary investigation committee on cooperative fraud, he had suggested that Lamichhane be included for investigation to prove his innocence.

Prachanda questioned the progress of the fake Bhutanese refugee scandal and other issues, indicating that the current government lacks the capability to address these cases because it was formed to cover them up rather than investigate them. He urged the government to correct itself, failing which the public would see a resistance both in Parliament and on the streets that the government wouldn't be able to imagine.

Prachanda criticized the government's propaganda about scoring 70 marks, questioning the implications if the government claims such success within a short period. He argued that the coalition between the Congress and UML was not based on trust or political ideals but on the fear of good governance.

Prachanda declared that the CPN (Maoist Center) would not form alliances with any party in the upcoming elections, reiterating his party's commitment to rectifying past mistakes made by collaborating with dishonest parties like the Congress and UML. He emphasized strengthening the unity of Maoist factions and consolidating the party to contest elections independently, aiming to replicate the success of 2064.

Prachanda spoke about leading a 'Green Revolution' under Maoist leadership, expressing his belief that when the Maoists return to the people, the public would forgive past mistakes and support the party. He stated that despite being 70 years old, he still has the desire to lead another revolution.

In conclusion, Prachanda expressed his determination to correct past mistakes, emphasizing the importance of returning to the people and ensuring that the struggle for the full liberation of the people continues. He called for the protection of the federal democratic republic and the constitution, warning that any attempts to undermine these achievements would be met with fierce resistance.

Prachanda concluded his speech by addressing the nation's neighboring relationships, claiming that his government had elevated ties with both India and China to historic highs. He highlighted the significant agreements made with India, including electricity trade agreements and commitments to maintain border agreements, as well as cross-border transmission line projects and agreements to open eight traditional border points and establish an agro-technical park with China.
