Want to Be a Social Entrepreneur? Nabil Bank's Fellowship Program is Your Ticket!

Kathmandu: Nabil Bank has announced the opening of applications for the fourth batch of its renowned Nabil School of Social Entrepreneurship (Nabil SSE) Fellowship Program. This is a golden opportunity for young people with innovative ideas for social change. Nepalese citizens aged 18 and above can apply by August 30, 2024.

The program aims to provide necessary skills and training for aspiring entrepreneurs in sectors like agriculture, tourism, energy, environmental conservation, and information technology. Nabil Bank is offering this program as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. Interested individuals can apply by filling out an online form or scanning a QR code.

In collaboration with the School of Management at Tribhuvan University, the program will run for six months, offering residential and experiential training. Participants will receive comprehensive training on the entire business cycle of social entrepreneurship and will be supported by experts to solve practical challenges according to the nature of their ventures.

So far, 56 social entrepreneurs have been trained through this program, with 80% successfully establishing their ventures. This initiative has helped create 1,184 job opportunities.
