India and Nepal Strengthen Ties at Raisina Dialogue 2024

New Delhi: In a positive development for bilateral relations, India's External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaisankar and Nepal's Foreign Minister Narayan Prakash Saud reaffirmed the "positive trajectory" of their countries' ties during the Raisina Dialogue 2024. Dr. Jaisankar took to social media platform x.com to express his warm welcome to Mr. Saud, highlighting his active participation in the Raisina programs and their conversation that solidified the strong relationship between the two nations.

Mr. Saud's attendance at the Raisina Dialogue, a prestigious multilateral platform hosted by the Observer Research Foundation in collaboration with the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, signifies Nepal's commitment to regional engagement and cooperation. According to a press release issued by Nepal's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Saud addressed the forum on February 23rd under the theme "Development Deficit: Towards a Post 2023 Agenda."
