Nepal’s women’s national football team is set to compete in the FIFA Series 2026 in Thailand, a platform designed to provide national teams with structured international match exposure.

Under the format announced for the series, Nepal will join hosts Thailand, Congo and one team representing the Oceania Football Confederation. The tournament structure ensures competitive fixtures within a short window, offering teams valuable international experience.

Nepal will open its campaign against Congo on April 12. On the same day, Thailand will face the OFC representative in the second fixture.

The winners of both matches will meet on April 15 to contest the title, shaping the final outcome of the four-nation event. For Nepal, the series presents an opportunity to test squad readiness and gain match experience in a structured international setting.
