The countdown to the Class 12 annual examinations has officially begun after the National Examination Board released the detailed timetable, setting Baisakh 14, 2083 as the commencement date. The announcement provides clarity for thousands of regular and partial examinees across general, traditional, and technical streams who have been awaiting confirmation of their exam schedule.

According to the Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, the exams will run from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM each day. The examination window will extend until Baisakh 27, ensuring all compulsory and elective subjects across faculties are conducted within the designated period.

The first paper on Baisakh 14 will be Compulsory English for regular students. This will be followed by Compulsory Nepali on Baisakh 15. On Baisakh 16, Compulsory English for partial candidates and Social Studies under the technical stream are scheduled to take place.

The board stated that examinations for various faculties and subject groups will proceed strictly as per the published timetable. With the schedule now in the public domain, students are expected to align their preparations accordingly as the academic year approaches a decisive phase.
